Spring – Lemon Balm*, Rosemary*, Hibiscus* 1 oz
Summer – Globe Amaranth, Rosehips*, Lemon Balm* 1 oz
Autumn – Ginger*, Turmeric*, Black Peppercorns, Black Tea*, Cinnamon* (Boil 2-5 minutes for best results) 4 oz
Winter – Roasted Carob*, Roasted Cacao*, Roasted Chicory Root* (Boil 2-5 minutes for best results) 4 oz
